Our Client:

Hill-Rom, is a leading provider of medical technologies for the health care industry including hospital beds, patient lifts, and non-invasive therapeutic products.

Job discription:

Phase 1 - Full refurb of the ground floor office area which included dado trunking and modular LED lighting with occupancy sensors, reducing the power consumption of the existing office by 55%

Phase 2 - Creation of new meeting rooms all with floor & wall sockets, LED modular lights switched by occupancy sensors.

Phase 3 - New Showroom, again including LED modular lighting, dado sockets, 3 new aircon units and supplies for HillRoms demonstration hoists and lift

Phase 4 - Changing all the 1st floor offices to LED modular lights with occupancy sensors

It is estimated that the building will now have reduced Energy consumption by 45% per year, saving approximently £1500

Phase 5 - Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), on the whole building which as standard, includes Infrared imaging of all Dis boards to identify any hot spots.
