U.K. – Free (An extra charge of £2.00 can be paid for overnight delivery.)
All U.K. postal addresses.
E.U. (West Europe) – £20.00 extra will be added to the purchase price.
All E.U. member countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Rep of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden) and also Switzerland.
Rest of Europe – £30.00 extra will be added to the purchase price.
All European countries not on the above list. (Excluding Sardinia, Sicilly, Kosovo, Faeroe Islands and Iceland.)
Rest of World – £40.00 will be added to the purchase price.
All countries not in the European continent, but also includes Sardinia, Sicilly, Kosovo, Faeroe Islands and Iceland.

(Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons.)
If you receive goods that are damaged please contact us immediately. You will be given a Returns Number and we will arrange for collection. A replacement will be despatched as soon as possible.
If your order is incomplete, and we have not notified you of this beforehand, contact us immediately explaining what the shortage is. We can then seek to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received a different item from the one that you ordered contact us straight away. You will be given a Returns Number and we will arrange for the item to be collected and get the correct item to you as soon as possible.
If, after receiving the item, you discover that you have ordered incorrectly contact us please contact us immediately. You will be given a Returns Number to return the item to us at your own expense. Once the item has been received by our returns dept. it will be inspected. So long as the item has been unused and is in its’ original packaging we will then send out a replacement. The cost of returning the item to us and sending out a replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.
If, after inspecting the item, it is found to be defective contact us straight away. You will be given a Returns Number and we will arrange for the item to be collected. Once we have inspected the item and determined that it is defective, we will, in consultation with you, either; repair, replace the item, or provide a full refund for the item.
If the item is found not to be defective, the cost of returning the item to us and sending out a replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be in or with their original packaging and you must quote the returns number.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
